Kali Yuga? This is not a Christian belief. I believe this belief is from India. Either way, Kali Yuga is not the reason why the new rites are ineffective. It can only be because of two things: 1) either the rites were written by an inept clergy which seriously undermined their effectiveness, or 2) there is a sinister force within the Vatican that is not Godly and is aiming to undermine and subvert the Holy Church.

If you pay attention to Catholic happenings in the last four decades, there is a strong evidence that the second reason, most unfotunately, has a higher probability.

I think guys like this are why the church feels it has to hide it’s most nobal works.
If this guy Larson or Vivian ever did come face to face with a truly possest they would likely soil them selves and run.
Catholic preists take time to prepair them selves and are not in it for a side show.
They are true heros and risk there own souls every time they battle for God.
An Exorcist is truly a brave hero doing Gods work.
